Recently Venus Williams walked on the red carpet of the Met Gala, looking all beautiful and classy. Thus, giving the younger Williams sibling a chance to boast the Elder one.

Here’s What Serena Williams Has to Say About Venus’ Met Gala Look
The Williams duo loves being a part of events such as the Met Gala. Therefore, even though Serena didn’t attend this year’s event, she actively cheered for her sister Venus. Serena shared Venus’ pictures from Met Gala and wrote, “My sensational sis.”
This year’s Met Gala theme was ‘In America: An Anthology of Fashion’ for which Venus dressed up in a stylish three-piece suit. She wore a black Law Roach pantsuit featuring a corset top and embellished pants. She paired her outfit with a furry black clutch and decorated her neck with a green jewel centered-necklace. Further, she carried her hair in knee-length braids with a touch of beads.

Venus walked the red carpet with a black shade on and had a fun conversation with actress and comedian Amy Schumer. Thereafter, she spoke to the media and addressed how such events differ from tennis matches.

She said, “I think there’s less breakfast when you’re at the Met because you’re trying to keep everything squeezed in. But I’m eating pasta at 8 a.m. if I’m playing a match. It’s like a whole other life.”

Serena and Venus both attended the Academy Awards this year for their movie King Richard. They both looked stunning at the night of the event. Venus wore a white Elie Saab gown with silver neck detailing. Whereas the 23 times Grand Slam champion graced the red carpet in a red Gucci gown and black glows.
Later that night, the Williams duo presented Beyonce’s performance on the song Be Alive.
