Multi-talented tennis sensation Coco Gauff recently showcased her artistic side on Instagram, revealing her new skill in Chinese calligraphy. In the Instagram story, Coco wrote her name, “Coco,” in Chinese characters.
The story was accompanied by a caption that read, “I learned how to write Chinese characters calligraphy,” which indicates her dedication to learning new art forms as she currently enjoys her time off the court.

The young American sensation, who is enjoying some time off the court after her impressive US Open success, is looking to garnish some new skills. Mostly known for her on-court prowess, this revelation by the 19-year-old gives an insight into how she is always open to learning new things. She is dedicated to improving herself as a whole.
Gauff is a pretty quick learner, so it’s not surprising that she picked up the art quickly. She also learned CPR while she was on a flight.

The Citi Open, which took place last month, was special not only because Coco Gauff laid her hands on it but for a moment that took everyone by surprise as well. In her quarter-final match against Belinda Bencic, a fan had to be rushed to the paramedic team after he cited problems breathing.

After the match, in the post-match conference, Coco Gauff hopped in and inquired about the fan. She further mentioned that she knows how to give CPR so if the situation arrived, she would have been up for it to help. The fans were quick to applaud Coco Gauff for her words.
