It has been quite a happening time for former WTA Queen, Serena Williams. Despite calling an end to her tennis career last year, the American legend has been involved in several off-court activities and managing her business ventures. Recently, she welcomed her second child, Adira. Serena and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, broke out this news via an adorable post on social media.
However, weeks after giving birth to her second daughter, Serena had some not-so-ideal news to share. During her pregnancy, the 23-time Grand Slam champion performed different kinds of workouts. But now, finding the motivation to complete them has been difficult.

Serena Williams has demotivating workout sessions
Although the former World Number 1 is away from tennis, she continues to perform routine workouts to stay fit and in shape. One morning, she proceeded to pursue her routine workout. However, she faced massive discouragement as soon as she went on to start it.

The former WTA queen took to Twitter to explain her predicament. Talking about it, she said, “Have you ever wanted to start your work out but suddenly remembered your to do list…. That you have not done in years…. Lol. That’s me this morning.”

Further, in another tweet, she wrote, “I’m not used to working out with no goal or to be honest – no championship in my mind. This is super weird.”

While before, she had tennis matches to look forward to after workouts, But now, she lacks the motivation to perform exercises. During one such pregnancy workout, Serena revealed the impact of different exercises.

When Serena endured difficult times!
All throughout her pregnancy, Serena performed workouts, which she shared on her official YouTube channel. Talking about the challenges she faced while performing them, the American legend revealed, “It is a very difficult thing to do.” During the course of her pregnancy workouts, the 41-year-old displayed various kinds of exercises, from planks to running on the treadmill.
