Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian, and Olympia are on their toes as they prepare to welcome the new baby. However, if that baby has Olympia’s sass, it is going to be quite a handful for the Ohanians. Nonetheless, the bar has been set high by Oracene Price, Serena Williams’ mother. So, now expectant Mama Williams seems to be replicating her mother. After the viral stern warning of Price went viral during the last year’s US Open, seems like Williams is also embracing the same energy.

Olympia is undoubtedly the biggest achievement of Williams’ life, but Alexis Ohanian is quite enough to innocently spoil their daughter. With the new baby just around the corner, Serena perhaps wants Olympia to be a little less sassy.

Serena Williams imbibes Oracene Price’s spirit to cooperate with Olympia

Williams wanted to spend time with her growing daughter and hence retired from professional tennis. However, that does not mean that Williams is ready to let Olympia loose in indulgence. In fact, this was quite visible in a YouTube video where Williams discussed her pregnancy workout routine. Breaking down her walking regimen, Williams started, “I usually like to walk outside but I am going to show how you can enhance your walk.” Giving a different alternative, she added, “If you happen to have elliptical at home… you can enhance your elliptical at home.”

Then she pointed out a small piece of equipment nearby and stated, “Olympia has her little workout elliptical right here.” However, the sassy Olympia was clearly not in the mood to disclose her workout details as she warned her mother with a loud “MOM!” But that was not Olympia’s moment as Mama Williams made clear. Imbibing her mother Oracene Price’s spirit, she stated with equal emphasis, “YOU DO!”, before calmly resuming her explanation.

However, the mischief had yet not found its end. While Williams told her viewers about her arm workout, Olympia shouted in between with yet another “MOM”. Putting on an endearing smile, she rebuked her daughter, “Hey I am trying to tell everyone my workout.”
