Martina Navratilova was a force to reckon with since her debut in the 70s. At her best, she hardly gave any breathing space to her opponents on the court. Moreover, she is one of the most decorated players in the sport, achieving success in both singles as well as doubles and mixed doubles. Recently, she announced a partnership with a company from her native country as its global ambassador.

During her legendary career, the 65-year-old won a total of 59 Grand Slam titles. This includes 18 titles won in singles, 31 in women’s doubles, and 10 major mixed doubles titles.
Martina Navratilova joins Sense Arena as a global ambassador
The former World Number 1 took to Instagram to share her excitement of working with Sense Arena. Sharing glimpses of the product, she said, “Excited to work with @sensearenatennis.”
Sense Arena is a Czech Republic-based company that aims to combine technology with sports to deliver optimal results. Later this year, it will be launching a new cognitive virtual reality training product, Sense Arena For Tennis. The product will use Virtual Reality to enable the players to train, thus honing the mental side of the user’s game.
Joining the company as a global ambassador, Navratilova said, “Tennis is about repetitions and about understanding the game and reading it and this program is really training all of that.”

Navratilova on Emma Raducanu’s massive wins over Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka
In the recently concluded Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati, Raducanu recorded massive wins over the two former World Number 1s, Serena and Azarenka. Moreover, she did it in style, inflicting a bagel on both of them.
Talking about Raducanu’s wins over them, Navratilova said, “She played like she did when she won the US Open, it’s that simple!”
