Martina Navratilova Fires Shots at Elon Musk for an Alleged Dodging Act on Twitter

However, Martina Navratilova recently spotted a bug in this wide reliability.

Even after she retired from a glorious professional career, Tennis star Martina Navratilova has not completely left her beloved sport’s grip. The legend has always stepped forward to raise her voice to make a valuable difference. While social media has majorly been the medium of her voice, she recently marked a lack of faith in the famous platform.

Martina Navratilova raises her concern over X’s reliability

A recent series of events made tennis legend Martina Navratilova voice concerns over the impact of new algorithms on X, formerly known as Twitter. According to the tennis legend who actively stays involved with the platform, the negative impact hit after Elon Musk took charge. Along with criticizing the changes, her suggestion pointed towards an allegation of suppressing free speech.

Recently, American Data Scientist Rebekah Jones claimed that her tweets only reached about 4% of her followers on Twitter. Backing Jones on her statement, Navratilova wrote, “Yup. So much for free speech. Damn algorithms – they (Elon) can skew it any way they want.” The tennis legend’s comment not only added weight to the American data scientist’s concern but also presented a slam against Elon Musk.

Navratilova’s remarks highlighted how the updates in algorithms are proving to be problematic for the bigger picture. However, it wasn’t just Navratilova who stood against the decisions of the famous business tycoon.

As Serena has been in collaboration with a different car company, she preferred her connection over Musk’s innovation.

Hours after the pictures started to make their way on social media, Serena decided to give her a choice by posting pictures of her and Alexis around their Lincoln Navigator. “Don’t be mistaken, I ride with my Lincoln family … in all stages of my life, ” she wrote, making her choice clear. As the tennis legend with an enormous fanbase denied praising Musk’s flagship vehicle, it surely acted as an indirect snub to him.
