Now, closing the deal with a whopping amount, Maria Sharapova becomes the new property owner.

This Montecito property was bought by former real estate titan Robert H. Lurie in 2008. At that moment, the property was sold for $8.3 million. Now following Sharapova’s purchase, she will soon start enjoying this beautiful mansion, which has been painstakingly maintained for almost six years now.

Not just that, a lush green lawn of 3.3 acres surrounds the property with beautiful terrace gardens consisting of big specimen trees. Properly guarded by high walls and gates, Sharapova’s new property is situated at the high foothills of the Montecito downtown.
