Ahead of the theatrical release of King Richard, the story of tennis icons Venus and Serena Williams told from their father Richard Williams’ eyes, both the sisters are promoting the movie in full swing with multiple events scheduled alongside Will Smith, who plays Richard in the film.
Posting a photo with sister Venus from one of the events, Serena wrote on Instagram, “A sisters bond is unbreakable. Promoting ‘King Richard’ with Venus Williams”.

Formula One Legend Lewis Hamilton reacts to an adorable pictures from Venus and Serena Williams
The elder sister was quick to respond with the comment, “For life!!”. Amongst the other celebrities to respond to this adorable picture was Formula One legend, Lewis Hamilton.

Hamilton, who has been a good friend of Serena over the years, expressed his love and mentioned, “Love you two!!”. The 23-time Grand Slam champion has made sure to attend several grand prix events participated by the British racer.
At the Monaco Grand Prix where Serena Williams was treated royally for being the brand ambassador of Aston Martin, she was seen outside the garage of Mercedes cheering for Hamilton all along.

Looking at the performances of both the sisters this year, it was not a successful stint at the WTA tour for both these players. Despite reaching the semis at the Australian Open, Serena couldn’t continue the same form at Roland Garros.
Injury forced Serena out of Wimbledon and US Open championships this year

An unfortunate injury at Wimbledon forced the American to retire from her first-round contest against Aliaksandra Sasnovich as she slipped during the match and injured her ankle. Later, Serena decided to withdraw from the US Open citing a torn hamstring.
Coming to elder sister Venus Williams, the five-time Wimbledon champion was given wild-cards at multiple events and the American played as many matches as possible but failed to make an impact in any of the tournaments.

The Australian Open next year will be the main target for both Serena and Venus Williams. They faced each other in the finals four years ago in a contest completely dominated by the younger sister as she clinched her 23rh Grand Slam title.
