With the start of the Australian Open, the American players geared themselves up for a breath-taking 2-week long showdown. However, right before the start, the USTA (United States Tennis Association) came ahead and shared a post inspired by Wild Thornberrys, which featured both the ATP and WTA superstars in action. Reacting first to this post came Coco Gauff, who suggested her disapproval of the post. However, she was not alone. Joining her was her doubles partner and fellow American, Jessica Pegula.

In a recent revelation, the American superstar came ahead and made her intentions clear. Looking to challenge for the title, the Pegula suggested how ugly she felt in the post.

In an interview back at Adelaide International, she suggested that she would not like to answer the questions related to AO. She said that she would not like to answer the statement because she wanted to solely focus on her performance at the tournament.

“Don’t ask me the same question. Did you ask me last time what I had to do to make a semi? I was like, win my quarterfinal. But that was going to be my answer again,” said Pegula in the interview while talking about her chances at the upcoming Australian Open.
