The 19-year-old is set to star in the latest episode of ‘All American: Homecoming‘ TV series. The show is a spin-off from All American, a sports drama that follows the lives of high school athletes in Beverly Hills. The show follows the story of a student at Bringston University, a fictional Historical Black College/University in Atlanta. The series deals with issues such as racism, class struggles, and classroom drama. TV show enthusiasts eagerly wait to watch Gauff on the fan-favorite show.

The 19-year-old is going to star in the penultimate episode of the second season. While there are no details on her role just yet, it seems that she will be playing herself. At the post-match conference, she shared, “Honestly, a little bit in the offseason. Yeah, because I was grinding during the offseason, and after doing that, I was more tired than like seven hours of training. I was beat up. Honestly, yeah, it tested my patience a lot (smiling).”

Gauff  suffers a massive loss despite heavy backing

The 2022 French Open runner-up was cheered on by the crowd during her match against Aryna Sabalenka at the Indian Wells Masters. However, she ultimately failed to make it to the semi-finals.  Sabalenka also noticed the crowd’s support for Gauff and jokingly acknowledged their reaction.

Sabalenka won the match in straight sets, ending Gauff’s hopes of winning her home WTA tournament. Although disappointed, Gauff acknowledged Sabalenka’s skills and stated that it was a tough match.
