Naomi Osaka won the Australian Open in 2019. In doing so, she ran riot on the court and instantly became the crowd’s favorite. Naomi documents her struggle to cope with the loss. With the hope of feeling better, she sets out on a walk around the city. However, she stumbles on a piece of paper with an article about her match, titled “Gotta get a grip”. Infuriated, Naomi walks past it and documents her response. “Ironic as f***, totally ironic. Anyway, I just lost my match and I’m walking, headed towards no direction but it’s either walk or like don’t sleep and lose my mind… It’s bit scary but hey..,” she said.

Naomi returns to the court

Fans received Naomi’s debut on screen well. However, they now look forward to her return to the court. Earlier this year, Naomi took a sabbatical from the sport on the grounds of mental health. She missed out on both the French Open and the 2021 Wimbledon Championship. Hence, anxious fans have been waiting to see her back in action.
