The 18-time Grand Slam champion married Alpine skier Andy Mill in 1988. She made a beautiful family with him of three boys and things were great till she met professional golfer Greg Norman. Evert divorced Mill in 2006 and married Norman in 2008. However, the regret she faced, later on, was grave. In an interview, she talked about being with Norman and said, “If I’d been a bit stricter with my personal boundaries, maybe things might have worked out differently.” Furthermore, she looked back upon herself and said, “There have been times in my life when I haven’t been true to myself, and that was one of them.”
However, she seemed happy over the cordial relationship that she shares with him now. She said, “The nice thing is we still love each other. It is a very comfortable love between two people now leading separate lives.”
