Recently, she made a tactful collaboration with a well-known payment service platform while starring alongside Kendrick Lamar in their latest campaign.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion over the years, along with making a spectacular career, expanded her reach in the business and investment sector. She runs profitable businesses such as S by Serena and has become a prominent name in the capital venture arena through her firm ‘Serena Ventures’.

William always had an interest in business. Be it selling donuts in school or making multi-million investments, she always had an entrepreneurial mind. The legendary player who is currently on her retirement tour partnered with Cash App and starred in their campaign. When asked about the motive, she said, “I am a huge proponent of financial independence and education, and accessibility.”

“I want to use my platform to raise awareness around the opportunities money management tools like Cash App have to offer, so working together was a no-brainer,” she added.

Thereafter, Williams explained, “Cash App’s new brand campaign highlights just one of Cash App’s features I love to use, and I hope this will show audiences that they can also financially interact with friends and family in a seamless way.”

The App’s latest project dubbed ‘That’s money’ features Williams alongside rapper Kendrick Lamar and investor Ray Dalio. Thus representing the variety of people it caters to. Further in the clip, the former World No.1 can be seen sneaking in after a night out and paying Olympia’s babysitter through the Cash App.

Williams’ retirement tour

Serena, after failing to make an impact at Wimbledon, signed up for the WTA events which would eventually lead her to her home Grand Slam. However, in both the hard court based events, Williams couldn’t go past the second round. Therefore fans are worried about her run in the last majors of her career and this season.
