Earlier, Coogler revealed how he went through emotional trauma following actor Chadwick Boseman’s death. The latter had lost his battle against colon cancer in 2020. Further, Coogler said that it hurt too much to think about making movies.
During an interview, he revealed, “I was at a point when I was like, ‘I’m walking away from this business.'”
Chadwick Boseman starred as King T’Challa/Black Panther in the first installment of ‘Black Panther’. However, his untimely death was a monumental loss for the franchise. The makers of ‘Black Panther 2‘ decided that they would not be recasting T’Challa. Instead, they would explore the stories of other characters.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion called time on her illustrious career at this year’s US Open. Her third-round defeat against Australia’s Ajla Tomljanovic proved to be the final match of her professional career. Seles is a former world number one and a nine-time Grand Slam singles champion. Additionally, she also won three year-end WTA Tour Championships. During her career, she represented Yugoslavia and the United States, helping the latter win a bronze medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympic games.
