Back in 2016, she visited the Indian Wells Masters with her father, Mike Tyson. There, she talked about her aim to win all the Indian Wells titles.

At the Indian Wells, the legendary boxer and his daughter spoke about her passion for tennis. ‘Iron’ expressed his pride and joy over his daughter’s enthusiasm. He said, “Me and my wife both never in a hundred years anticipated we’d be tennis parents and traveling around the state.”

Tyson beamed with joy and said, “She showed the aptitude for tennis, and I’m just supporting her. I’m really lost, but this is exciting.”

When the then seven-year-old Milan was asked about the number of Indian Wells titles she aims to win, she replied innocently, “All of them”.

She flaunted her skills of hitting the ball very hard. Besides that, she also talked about defeating her father in the court. She said, “Yeah, pretty much, ’cause he’s terrible.”

Milan derived her inspiration from the tennis legend, Serena Williams. The young player is training under the aegis of Patrick Mouratoglou- Serena Williams’ former coach.

She was very excited when she first met Serena Williams. Other than that, she also played against her male tennis idol, Novak Djokovic, and threw some impressive shots at the legendary player.

Djokovic had recently won his 21st grand slam title at the Wimbledon 2022. He had shown ambition and desire to play at the US Open too and has continued training for it. He hopes he can equalize his count of grand slam titles to his arch-rival Rafael Nadal, who has 22 such singles titles.
