While the 27-year-old American tennis player is currently playing the W15 Champaign, during her recent practice session, she enjoyed a moment of solace when she shared a moment with her son along with her passion.

Recently, on the athletic front, the 77th-ranked tennis player will be next seen playing at the Billie Jean King tournament as a part of Team America. Currently, she is playing in a W15 event to bring the best out of herself. Recently, she took to her Instagram account to share a video from her practice session, where she brought her new hidden partner to the tennis court.

It was none other than her son, Adyn Aubrey Johnson, who joined his mother to play some tennis. In the clip, the amazing mother-son duo were seen wearing matching clothes as they enjoyed an amazing warm-up session together, followed by some tennis practice while her toddler supported her from the sidelines. Along with that, she wrote, “Bring your best friend to work day,” followed by a purple heart emoji.
The former world number 61 welcomed her baby boy back in 2021. Since then she has been juggling happily between tennis and motherhood. Earlier this year, the 27-year-old WTA star even disclosed how her toddler son is her biggest strength throughout her career and life.

Earlier this year, in January, after winning the first round of the Australian Open, Townsend shared an Instagram post in which she talked about the special bond she has with her son.

She wrote, “It’s incredibly important for me to make the times that I leave count. I talk to him, and before my matches, I look at pictures and videos and just remind myself of, like, why I’m doing this.”

Winning the first round of the 2023 Australian Open was quite special for the former world number 61, as it was her first Grand Slam singles match victory after embracing motherhood.
