Tennis Superstar, Serena Williams, was one of the entrants in the comments section of a recent video posted by Australian Actor, Chris Hemsworth. ‘Thor’ shared a playful video with his son on Instagram where the kid attempts to hit the bottle kept on the actor’s head with an arrow.
Hemsworth wrote, “Don’t try this at home. Took 63 shots in the back of the head before nailing it. Worth it. This stunt was performed by a couple lunatics with complete disregard for their own safety. #fathersonbonding (don’t worry it was a rubber arrow)”.

Serena Williams reacted to Chris Hemsorth’s Instagram post with his son
Naturally, fans and other celebrities reacted to the mighty Thor’s post, praising the father-son bonding. One such comment came from American tennis legend, Serena Williams. The 23-time Grand Slam champion wrote, “Hawkeye 👏👏”.
There was immense glee on the face of Hemsworth when his son hit the bottle after several unsuccessful attempts. The American tennis player’s reply also fit perfectly in the context of Marvel’s on-going television show, Hawkeye.
Both Serena and Hemsworth were spotted together four years ago as they attended the Monaco Grand Prix.
Coming to tennis, the 23-time major champion recently announced her decision to skip the Australian Open next year as she wasn’t completely recovered from her injury.
Serena withdrew from Australian Open next year
“Following the advice of my medical team, I have decided to withdraw from this year’s Australian Open. While this is never an easy decision to make, I am not where I need to be physically to compete. Melbourne is one of my favorite cities to visit and I look forward to playing at the AO every year”.
All our love, @serenawilliams 💙

The American’s run on the WTA tour this year ended at Wimbledon Championships. During her first-round match against Aliaksandra Sasnovich, Serena had an unfortunate slip on Center court and was forced to retire from the match.
Serena’s best-record at slams this year was at the Australian Open, where she reached the final four and lost to eventual champion, Naomi Osaka. At the French Open, the 23-time major champion lost in the pre-quarters to Elena Rybakina.
As the pursuit for the elusive 24th major crown continues, Serena Williams looks to be perfectly fit to achieve that goal next year.
