Stubbs stated, “Coco walked on the court. I was like, oh my god, I haven’t heard that scream since last year with Serena.” Further talking about her personality, Stubbs hailed the tennis star. She stated, “You will not meet a nicer kid. You and I can call her kid. She’s half my age, actually more than half my age.” However, her age is not something that has hindered her from making a sound comment.

She stated, “But her poise, the ability to be able to understand the moment even on the trophy stand to say, “Billie, thank you for this.” Not just that, Stubbs also praised Gauff for not forgetting the contribution that her idols Venus and Serena Williams have made to the sport.
