Former American tennis player Chris Evert is undoubtedly one of the greatest players of all time. After her retirement, she has been commentating and providing her expert opinion during tennis matches.
Apart from that, she has also been pretty active on social media, expressing her opinion about varied matters, including politics. Recently, she expressed her view regarding former US President Donald Trump talking about his cognitive test.

Chris Evert reacts after Donald Trump talked about his cognitive test
Earlier, the 18-time Grand Slam winner took to Twitter and reacted to a video, where Trump was explaining about his cognitive test. After hearing it, Evert tweeted, “I have no reply……“

Earlier, the New York Times political writer posted a video where Trump was explaining in detail about his cognitive test. In the video, he said that the current President of the USA, Joe Biden, should take this test as well.
Notably, Evert’s good friend and one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Martina Navratilova, often criticizes both Trump and his supporters on Twitter.
The rivalry of Evert and Navratilova
Off the tennis court, both Navratilova and Evert were best friends. However, their rivalry on the tennis court captivated millions of people, and is considered by many as the best rivalry the sport has produced in its rich history.

Notably, their rivalry lasted around 15 years, and they played a whopping 80 matches in total. In terms of the head-to-head battle, Navratilova edged Evert with a 43-37 record. At first, Navratilova did not do well against Evert, as the American player dominated her in the beginning of their famed rivalry. However, the Czech-American player made a tremendous comeback to dominate Evert for a while. Eventually, their rivalry became the most talked about rivalry in tennis.
Moreover, the styles of play were also completely different, as Navratilova was a serve and volley player and Evert dominated the baseline. As a result, Evert won seven French Open titles and Navratilova won nine Wimbledon titles.

Overall, Navratilova had a better record in terms of titles and matches won. However, they both ended up winning the same number of Grand Slam singles titles, i.e. 18.
