Victoria Azarenka recently battled past Jessica Pegula in the quarter-finals of the Indian Wells 2021. The Belarusian player dominated the entire match and defeated her opponent in straight sets. The final scoreline of the match was 6-4, 6-2.
Interestingly, Victoria Azarenka is yet to drop a single set at the Indian Wells 2021. She is enjoying some superb form and is one of the favourites to win the title this year.

Victoria Azarenka reveals an intriguing tale about her son Leo
After winning the match against Pegula at the Indian Wells 2021, Azarenka shared a moment with fans, which she believes made not just her day, but her week, and even her month. She disclosed that her 4-year-old son, Leo, watched one of her latest matches in a meditating pose just like her, and told his dad that he wants to be just like his mother.

“I’m sure actually he’s watching so, hi Leo,” began Azarenka. “He was actually the most adorable thing yesterday. He made my day, my week, I think even my month. His dad sent me a picture of Leo watching my match in a meditating pose and he said, ‘I’m gonna be just like mom, meditating.'”
Azarenka was looking really happy while narrating this fascinating incident. She seems really proud of her son and fans now expect him to become a fantastic tennis player, just like his mother.

Azarenka will next face Ostapenko at Indian Wells 2021
After passing the Pegula challenge, Azarenka will now meet Jelena Ostapenko in the semi-finals of the Indian Wells 2021. The Latvian player has also played some incredible tennis at the tournament so far and has already defeated the likes of Iga Swiatek and Shelby Rogers.
