Notably, Woods was sitting in Serena’s box along with her other family members. In the past, Serena talked about Woods many times and they share a great bond.
Venus Williams and Tiger Woods embrace each other at US Open 2022
During Serena’s match against Kontaveit, Woods was sitting in the stand with Serena’s husband Alexis Ohanian and her other family members. Later, Venus Williams also joined Serena’s box, as Woods and she embraced each other. Then, they had a brief conversation. You can watch the video below.
Notably, back in 2019, Tiger woods made a tremendous comeback and won the Masters tournament, which made Serena cry in joy. Back then, she tweeted about it and called Woods inspirational.
