Alexis Ohanian and his elder daughter, Olympia are best of friends. Be it making pancakes, drives, or golfing sessions, we’ve seen the father-daughter duo enjoy everything hand-in-hand. Just a few years ago, Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian started making pancakes for their daughter Olympia. He soon realized that their daughter loved seeing cool shapes on the breakfast table. Hence, he began to create artistic pancakes based on various images from everyday life. “Sunday means Papa Pancakes!” Alexis Ohanian recently shared a few pictures on his IG account where he was seen treating the family dogs with some delicious pancakes. In the first story, he shared a picture of him feeding his white dog and saying, “Proud of yourself.” Then in the second one, he was seen feeding the other dog. Both the pancakes had the dogs’ faces on them. Alexis Ohanian’s culinary skills are really commendable, right? Then some pancakes apparently resembled his two daughters, Olympia and Adira. And then due to a little mistake in his artwork, Alexis Ohanian later had to issue an apology to his elder daughter. His mistake: Ohanian mistakenly gave his elder daughter Olympia a goatee (a small pointed beard on the chin).

Serena Williams’ husband shared a few photos in an IG post captioning, “Just another #PapaPancakes morning with @olympiaohanian on the griddle… Sorry, I gave you a goatee baby …. But she even made one and you’ll get some fun dog tricks if you swipe to the end..” There have been multiple such instances where we’ve seen Ohanian’s flawless art skills on display. However, there was another incident where he was caught committing a rare mistake while making a pancake.

In April 2022, Ohanian showed off his impressive pancake art in an IG post after receiving a new request from his daughter, Olympia. He was seen making a detailed, edible Ariel pancake for his daughter and in that post, the caption read, “@olympiaohanian had a new request for her custom Papa Pancakes — Ariel.” However, despite managing to give the artwork an adorable look, he revealed, “I forgot to give her a nose.” Alexis Ohanian is often seen taking requests from his daughter while making pancakes, which mostly feature her favorite superheroes, or favorite characters from movies, books, and video games, etc. There have been many such instances when even Olympia was spotted engaging in this pancake artwork.

The 41-year-old American internet entrepreneur and investor, Alexis Ohanian always had a special knack for drawing and illustrations. Seeing his pancake art, his elder daughter, Olympia was bound to get interested in this too. In December 2022, Serena Williams‘ husband Alexis Ohanian shared a video of a pancake-making session with their daughter Olympia on IG. He captioned that small video clip with, “Our first daddy-daughter pancake collab.“

Later on, while commemorating the first time partnership with his daughter in the pancake artwork, Alexis Ohanian also shared a video of his daughter making her own pancake. He wrote, “@olympiaohanian is now making her own design pancakes — has the torch already been passed???” Previously, we saw Ohanian messing up a Serena Williams pancake while trying to flip it up. Now, this “goatee” thing in Olympia’s pancake. Is it really the time to think about passing the torch? 

In May 2023, Alexis Ohanian shared a picture of Olympia trying to make some pancake art. He captioned that picture with, “She’s starting to find her own pancake art-style (then I get to make whatever I can from her leftover batter).” Pancakes were never just food for Ohanian.
