Serena Williams is rightly considered one of the best tennis players of all time. The 40-year-old has won 23 Grand Slam titles in her illustrious career. Notably, the former world number 1 has not played a professional match since her first-round retirement in Wimbledon last year. However, the American is highly active on social media and keeps her fans updated about her day-to-day activities.

Serena is witty and has a brilliant sense of humor. Back in 2013, when Serena talked about her different personalities in a passionate yet funny way.

While talking in an interview, the 40-year-old said that she has given different names to each of her personalities. While she called her sane side Summer, then there’s Megan-Serena’s bad girl side, and finally Laquanda, to which she refers as Psycho Serena.

She said, “Summer is my assistant who lives inside my body,” Williams said. “It’s weird. She’s very effective, she’s unbelievable, she’s really like organized and she’s amazing. I love her, I remember Megan. I think she was a bad girl. Like-kind of like just liked to have a lot of fun. Haven’t seen her in a long time. [Psycho Serena] I haven’t seen her either in a while. I think that’s a girl that gets really crazy on the tennis court and just really fights really hard, just takes it a little too far sometimes. Laquanda [is] not allowed to come out. She’s on probation.”

While Serena seems to have distinct personalities, she combines them well on the court to churn out maximum output and give her best performance every time.

Serena to miss Wimbledon

While the legendary American has earlier hinted at a return to the tour at Wimbledon, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. With the list of entrants out now, there was no mention of the 23-time Grand Slam champion on the list.

However, she can still make a wildcard entry, but the chances for the same remain highly unlikely.
