Venus and Serena Williams, the well-known tennis sister duo, never displayed any evidence of differences both on and off the court. But all of a sudden, after all these years, there is a feud between the two sisters. Yes, the younger sister recently referred to the 7-time Grand Slam champion as a thief for taking her belongings, including her dog. And just a few hours after the accusation, Venus spoke up after being referred to as a thief and issued a clear statement for the 23-time Grand Slam champion. And eventually took the sisters’ banter to a whole new level.

Venus issues a statement after Serena Williams’ accusations 

The seven-time Grand Slam winner recently posted on her Instagram stories about how she felt about her younger sister’s charge of thievery. Along with that, she made a five-word declaration in response to her sister’s comments on social media.

Venus re-posted a video shared by Serena in which she made those thief accusations. But she never got them and they were apparently stolen from her house.

The 42-year-old tennis player wrote, “Permanently disinvited from my home,” indicating that she had forbidden her younger sister from entering her home as a result of all the false or incorrect accusations. Nonetheless, seeing the eldest sisters reply, their banter may have taken a new, possible turn.

Serena’s accusations in detail 

The Queen of the Court recently uploaded a video from her sister’s home. In it, she claimed that some of the equipment found in her sister’s gym was stolen by Venus. She declared that she wants justice for the stuff that her sister stole from her, including a set of colorful workout balls, a towel with an ‘S’ on it, and a reformer machine.

After concentrating on gym equipment, the former tennis player moved her camera to a towel with her initials printed on it. The tennis pro, who is 41, pleaded for justice for her sister’s misbehavior upon seeing the towel. However, that’s not it. She also disclosed that her sister had taken her dog! Notably, ardent fans of the Williams sisters enjoyed the lighthearted banter and found the video to be entertaining.
