Taking note of the Venus’ list of her favorite activities, the renowned journalist, Blair Henley, expressed her views on her official Twitter handle. She said, “Apropos of absolutely nothing, the Venus Williams WTA bio is full of fun tidbits (guitar?), while also being a total flex (several books!).”

Henley also added some screenshots of Venus Williams’ WTA bio in which she talked about her list that include her favorite books, places, and other things. In the same bio, the 42-year-old has also mentioned the names of her favorite tennis players. Some of the greatest of all time, including Pete Sampras, Boris Becker, and Monica Seles, were all part of her list.

While talking about the current generation, Venus previously revealed that her sister, Serena Williams, is her favorite tennis player. Notably, Serena’s name was there alongside Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Gael Monfils. She concluded her list with the name of the controversial Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic. Seeing Tomic’s name on her bio alongside the other tennis greats baffled fans on social media. Consequently, the tennis community swarmed the comments section to react to the tennis ace’s list.

One fan reacted by saying, “I’m more shocked that Bernard Tomic is one of her favorite players.”
