American tennis star Coco Gauff is off to a flying start in her Australian Open campaign. The 18-year-old has moved into the third round after defeating former US Open champion Emma Raducanu in straight sets. While the American has started her year on a grand note, it is something else about her that is making people crazy. It is the TikTok video that Gauff shot with her parents.

After defeating Emma Raducanu in the second round match, Gauff spoke about the funny trend that followed after the video went viral on the internet.

A few days ago, Coco Gauff uploaded a video with her parents. In the video, we can see Gauff leading from the front while her parents are following her dance moves standing behind. Recalling the reaction of the fans to her video, the 18-year-old said during her on-court interview, “I posted a video of them on TikTok. In a while, it got like a million views. Basically, everybody was hating on my dad in the comments. So I kind of felt bad at the same time and you know parents do anything for their kids. So I am glad my dad took one for the team.”

Contrastingly, people were in love with her mother’s dance moves to an extent that it made Coco Gauff jealous. When asked who the better dancer is among the three, the American rising star said, “Probably my mom at least what the comments say. They say my mom. A lot of people asked for a solo video of her. I am like this is my account. I said no, this is my account. How I can let her outshine me in my own TikTok.”

It seems like mama is a better dancer and Coco Gauff is not happy with people caller her better of the three.

The 18-year-old tennis sensation, Coco Gauff, admits that she rarely tries other sports apart from tennis. At first, when she started learning to box, she was not confident about it. However, as she took a few classes, her coach told her that she is now far better than when she began training.

After getting confirmation from her coach, the 18-year-old is all excited to have a boxing bout and defeat her younger brother. For now, the American surely has done great in her favorite sport, tennis.
