During that interview with Ellen, Serena revealed that she was not the best tennis coach. Serena admitted that she didn’t like coaching her daughter because she is not very good at tennis. Also, she hates playing against people who don’t know how to play tennis. So, she hired a tennis coach for her daughter without revealing her identity to the teacher.
“So, this is such a funny story cause… you know what, I don’t have the patience to teach tennis. It’s so weird, but I really don’t like to play with people who don’t know how to play tennis well. So, it drives me nuts… So, I signed her up for a class, you know, a private teacher. So, she came in and I was like, I didn’t wanna tell her… but yeah, she kinda had a feeling about it”

Serena will soon start her preparation for Wimbledon
Fans got to see plenty of pictures of Olympia with her mother, Serena. Partly, this was because Serena didn’t play enough matches on the tour as she was nursing a hamstring injury. However, the 23-time Grand Slam champion announced that she will get back on the court in a couple of days to train for a grand entry at Wimbledon.

At this point, it’s safe to assume that this is probably her last chance to win the elusive 24th Grand Slam title. The real question is whether it will happen at Wimbledon or at the US Open. With the emergence of numerous youngsters on the WTA circuit, it remains to be seen if Serena Williams’ abundant experience is enough for her to clinch yet another major title.
