Dog mommy Danielle Collins might win her debut French Open round, but her heart is still full of sadness. Collins, who never misses an opportunity to spoil the “love of her life” Mr. Q, shared her disappointment over missing an opportunity to highlight her dog’s showstopper moment. Urging her fans to “get in touch with who ever sent out invitation”  Collins channeled her dedicated pet-parent personality to her fans.

Danielle Collins recently took to her official Instagram story to share an interesting post about the Pet Gala as she wished to bring her darling Mister Quincy to the event.

“Can someone please help me get in touch with who ever sent out invitations? Mr. Q aka the Miami and Charleston Open MVP never received one. Must have gotten lost in the mail or something“- she wrote as the caption.

Collins, who is an ardent dog lover with four pets (Scout, Lola aka Apple Pie, Harper, and Quincy), brought her fans’ attention to this unique event. In this year’s pet gala, dogs donned almost similar costumes worn by celebrities on the red carpet of the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Arts and bedazzled everyone with their adorable looks. From a Shih Tzu channeling its Chris Hemsworth vibe to Daffodil, the Pomeranian, resembling Jennifer Lopez’s look, the Pet Gala 2024 affair was too cute for fans to miss! Now Collins,  a dedicated mother to her dog Quincy, wished she could also dress up her dog and participate in this event.

The American WTA star previously showed her love for her dog, post-victory in the Miami Open. She shared a photo of  her dog and wrote- “Just wanted to do a very quick PSA! This year’s Miami Open MVP goes to my very handsome, very sophisticated, smart, loving, charismatic, ball of energy, my favorite son… Mister Q! Quincy, I don’t know what I would do without you. Collins’ love for Quincy has surely delighted her fans. Not to forget the moment when the WTA star didn’t hesitate to call her Mr. Q spoiled but gentlemanly!

Danielle Collins reveals that she loves cooking only so that “Quincy can enjoy some truly fabulous meals”

After winning the Miami Open 2024, Collins revealed her love for Quincy in detail. “Quincy is the classic Velcro dog: if she sees me a meter away, she can’t stand it and comes back close to me. He is adorable. He is a sophisticated gentleman, I call him Mr. Q. He is a little spoiled, but with a great personality”- said the American WTA star.

However, Collins didn’t stop there but shared a glimpse of how pampered Mister Q was. “For me he is a kind of child and he lives a very spoiled life. I like to cook, so Quincy can enjoy some truly fabulous meals”- she said.

Collins’ adorable wish to bring Mister Quincy to the Pet Gala made her fans go “awww” in cuteness. While this year’s event is done, fans hope  Collins gets her wish to watch Quincy walk the red carpet next year and steal the hearts of many.
