Is Djokovic hiding a serious health issue, or is this just another media overreaction?

Serbian tennis God Novak Djokovic catches the spotlight but not for his usual on-court brilliance. When all eyes are on the Serb ahead of the American Grand Slam, a sudden incident changes his fate, leaving his followers in doubt. As the focus shifts to speculation from strategy, a source came forward with the latest update. While the revelations brought a shockwave, the tennis world is left with a burning question: Will Djokovic play the US Open?

Ahead of the US Open, Djokovic attended his practice sessions without a knee brace. However, it was the Serb’s friendly match against Juan Martin Del Potro at the Arthur Ashe Stadium, when Djokovic wore a compression sleeve. Not to forget, how he was limping during the Paris Olympics. During the Serb’s quarterfinal clash against Stefanos Tsitsipas, he was in visible pain and was anxious about the next rounds

Aiming to return to normal practice following the exhibition clash, Djokovic set up a training session with Rune, but he was nowhere to be found. According to a Danish Journalist, Djokovic skipped his US Open practice session with Holger Rune because he needed medical treatment. “The Rune camp was then told that Djokovic would have to receive treatment to see if he could continue his training,” tweeted a Djokovic fan.
