Back in 2011, Drake made surprise appearances at Serena Williams’ tennis matches to cheer her on. Drake is a gifted musician and songwriter, and has been active in the music industry for over a decade.

Serena Williams and Aubrey Drake Graham have been close buddies throughout their lives. However, there were persistent speculations of a romantic relationship between them back then, although neither stars never publicly addressed the rumors.

Williams had featured in an episode of Vogue’s “73 Questions” on July 28, 2016. During the discussion, she revealed many aspects of her life, including her work, music, and her romantic relationships. 

In the same interview, the host asked her to give her thoughts on love. The legendary American replied, “Love is magical. You know, it’s something that you may only experience once in life.” The host further asked, “what is the most romantic thing that a guy has ever done for you?” She replied by saying, “It hasn’t happened yet.”

Drake and Williams were first suspected to be dating after they were spotted together in a Cincinnati restaurant back in 2015. Although the fact that Drake had been spotted sitting courtside at one of her tennis matches had sparked some speculation, the rumors surrounding the pair really took off after the release of the paparazzi photos.
