In the exciting world of professional tennis, where all eyes are usually on the top players, Madison Keys, the American tennis star, is quietly enjoying not being in the spotlight. Despite her impressive performance at this year’s US Open, she seems to be okay with not getting a lot of attention from the media.
Regardless of making it to the semi-finals in New York, Keys is just content enough with the minimal attention she is receiving.

Madison Keys’ take on media attention
Madison Keys, with her powerful strokes and unwavering determination, has reached the semifinals of the US Open. Her victory against Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova in straight sets was nothing short of impressive. While her relentless talent is definitely something to note and celebrate her for, Keys recently mentioned that she appreciates the amount of media attention she is getting.
The American, who will be adding $775,000 to her already illustrious $8 Million net worth, was refreshingly honest at her post-match interview. She said, “Honestly, it’s been great. I love that none of you talk about me anymore. I don’t have press requests. It’s a lot off of my plate. I kind of just come in and leave and no complaints.” She further added with a chuckle, “So you guys want to keep not talking about me, more than happy.”

Keys showed her excellent tactics in her quarterfinal match against Vondrousova. She played from the back of the court and smartly moved towards the net, which messed up her opponent’s rhythm. In just 39 minutes, she won the first set, showing how determined she was to reach the semifinals. Can she come up with something similar to upset the Belarusian star?
