Venus Williams’ comeback has been short-lived. The American tennis legend made a return during the grass-court season earlier this year. However, she has suffered early exits in almost every tournament played. Further, in the ongoing US Open, the 43-year-old star’s campaign came to a premature end in the opening round, losing against Greet Minnen of Belgium.

Nonetheless, Venus treated fans with something special after her exit from her home Grand Slam tournament. Venus, along with her sister Serena, has been a force to reckon with at the US Open. While she has managed to win the tournament two times, Serena has lifted the US Open trophy on six occasions. Here’s a glimpse of their legacy that was shared by Venus.
