The Reddit co-founder did not know much about tennis before meeting Serena Williams. But as their relationship grew, the two only came closer and Ohanian could not help but get engulfed in the tennis realm.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion had a tough go with her opponent, Alison Riske, at the quarter-finals of the 2019 Wimbledon. And it was not only her who had her guard up at all times. In the player’s box, her husband Alexis Ohanian was going through some intense roller coaster ride. Photographs of the Reddit co-founder are proof of his actual fanboy moment. According to The Sun, Williams said, “It’s definitely harder watching than playing. I know from experience, I’d much rather be on the court than in the box.”
She added, “Sometimes I would look out there and pump my fists.” And the enthusiasm from her friends and family was something that brightened up her day. She said, “Towards the end I saw the box jumping, which is, looking back, really cool.”

However, she also mentioned how she is mostly focused on the game. She said, “Most of all I don’t really notice the emotions. I know it’s extremely hard in the box, though.”?
Alexis Ohanian received criticism for taking a dig at Simona Halep
The 2019 Wimbledon was an intense major in which Halep went on to defeat Serena Williams. However, this year, as she got a provisional ban on testing positive for a banned substance, Ohanian posted a controversial tweet. And this brought a lot of criticism towards the Reddit co-founder. Halep has denied the allegations.
