As she was gearing up for Wimbledon, the former number 1 engaged in another Q&A with her fans. On the Eleven By Venus Instagram page, Queen V remembered the first trophy she ever won as a professional tennis player.
As one of her followers asked her about the first professional title, Williams stated she won it in Oklahoma. She also shared a picture of her from the 1990s and said, “Oklahoma City 1998. The trophy was a glass cowboy hat,” as she reminisced the hilarious memento.

As the locals call it the 405, Queen V remembers it as the city that launched her to her dreams. Although she won the championship back then, now, she is struggling to play at the level which was child’s play for her. But the seven-time grand slam champion has some hope for the near future.
