In particular, the seven-time Grand Slam champion is enthralled by the hugely popular Netflix series Bridgerton. She fantasizes about playing a queen in its Regency-era setting, after going through a fashion mishap that gave hope to the American star.

Despite her disappointing performance at Wimbledon, she is working to improve her sporting prospects. And, as she prepares to re-emerge, she recently pulled off the Netflix show-inspired fashion. As she seamlessly blended her hard work with her Bridgerton love.

Williams is trying to work hard on her recovery from the knee injury that she faced in the first round of Wimbledon. And after taking a small break for a few days and chilling in London, she is back to her routine as she hits the gym in style, making an effort to have a good season further. Nevertheless, she recently shared a picture of herself on Instagram flaunting her amazing Bridgerton-inspired look.

While her pink hair was all tied up in a bouffant, she wrote, “The @BridgertonNetflix bouffant is back.” Carrying the hairstyle from the Regency-era setting like a pro, she shared an update for her fans that she was getting ready to make a hard-court comeback. Along with that, she wrote, “Back in the gym working my way back.”

Well, previously, she also went through a fashion mishap that actually brought up a Bridgerton opportunity for her.

Fashion mistake or opportunity for Venus?

A few months ago, the 43-year-old American tennis legend shared her acting ideas, after converting a fashion faux pas into an audition for the same hit American historical series. Following one of her practice sessions, she posted on Instagram about an unintentional hair disaster. And this resulted in her hair flipping up onto her head to resemble an enormous crown.

She pitched herself to Shondaland, the production company behind the Netflix series, after pulling off a stunning haircut. Williams stated that she was ready to be cast in the next episode of the series, but has no acting skills or abilities to enter the entertainment realm.
