Where on one side she received the honor of bearing the national flag during the event’s march, her coach Brad Gilbert shared pictures that pointed at a fresh medical procedure performed on his leg.

In a recent post on X, the renowned mentor talked about the feeling a mind experiences after undergoing surgery. With a scary picture of two big red marks on his leg, Gilbert wrote, about to be bandaged up feel like a dentist visit with how num the leg is.” Although there were no descriptions attached to the pictures to let fans know the reason behind it, there was another update that prepared fans for something similar coming up.

Just minutes before sharing the picture of his shin with the two concerning spots, Gauff’s coach dropped another picture, this time with a bandage on. “waiting for doc to come in for the cutting, l got 2 spots literally next to each other on right shin, the scalpels are all set up,” he said, dropping details about the whole situation. 

Fans and followers are already aware of the frequent activities of Brad Gilbert on social media. The renowned coach barely misses a day to drop updates of what’s on his mind, or something related to the sporting world. His account showed more than three days of complete inactivity, making it clear that he was facing a tough time. However, despite these challenges, the coach did not back down from his duties.
