They’re always setting the bar high for couple goals! But this time, the reason they are catching attention involves a third one. Taking after Coco, Sera is the latest one to shower support on Coco’s brother, Codey Gauff, as the rising star shares some exciting career news.

Taking to his Instagram on Wednesday, the tennis star’s young brother shared a remarkable feat. He can be seen wearing a white outfit as he held a baseball in his hand. The post caption reads, “I am super excited to announce that I will be committing to Mizzou University. First I want to thank God without him none of this would be possible, I would also like to thank my family, coaches and close friends that have pushed me along the way. I want to thank the mizzou coaching staff for believing in me.” This quickly garnered him applause from all across the sports arena, and Coco Gauff’s boyfriend’s small reaction stood out. 

Resharing Codey’s post on his Instagram story, Sera captioned it “🔥🔥🔥,” as he motivated the rising player, who’s also a switch hitter and was named to the All-Festival Select Game Team in 2021 and 2022. For the unversed, the 16-year-old opted to take a different route than her sister. He chose baseball as his career where he seems to be making some remarkable progress. Earlier, his achievement was lauded by his sister as well. 

The 2023 US Open winner expressed her pride writing, “So proud of you codey! Beyond happy for you!” She also took to her Instagram story to share pictures some pictures. “Sorry for the spam… I’m just so happy for him. My lil bro is growing up 🥲,” she wrote. Similarly, Codey’s mother, Candi Gauff, has also expressed pride in her son’s achievement writing, “Congratulations son!! Super proud of you.” 

Coco Gauff has shared on several occasions the importance of her relationship with her brothers. “Those relationships are incredibly important to me,” she said at the French Open. But besides her relationship with her brothers, the adorable moments between Coco and Sera have also come to light on several occasions.

Coco Gauff might have become a seasoned player, but she is still a teenager at heart. This was evident when the American sensation engaged in social media PDA with her boyfriend during the Italian Open this year. Sharing some pictures of a date night, the US player wrote “POV: I’m your dinner date.” Known for her eccentric take on fashion, Gauff was seen wearing a grey off-shoulder short dress complemented by a handbag and stylish boots.

Her boyfriend failed to contain his excitement over the pictures and was quick to shower love on the post. “Nights like this… nights like this,”- wrote Sera to which Gauff replied- “@jalensera rewind buttons should exist.” The adorable exchange of messages caught the attention of fans who had nothing but appreciation and for the lovers. 

For the unversed, Sera is Gauff’s first boyfriend, and the latter’s mother was reportedly Jalen’s fourth grade teacher. The couple have been dating for more than a year now, and Coco couldn’t be happier. In fact, she’s even thankful that Jalen doesn’t play tennis. “To just have someone to talk to who is not involved in tennis at all gives me a fresh perspective,” the tennis star said in a conversation with TIME magazine in April this year.

In another hilarious incident, after watching the movie ‘Challengers’, the 20-year-old reportedly told him, “Thank God you don’t play tennis, because [Tashi Duncan is] right, I would not want to date a scrub on tour.”
