In a recent interview, the former American tennis player, Evert, talked about feeling skeptical after hearing about Greg Norman’s involvement with the LIV golf tour. She said, “He knows how I feel. I don’t support it.“
Notably, Evert’s one of the best friends and arguably the greatest female tennis player ever, Martina Navratilova, has also been very critical of the LIV golf tour. Previously, she criticized many golfers as they switched from the PGA Tour to LIV golf.
Moreover, there were plenty of rumors that a merger might happen in the future between PGA and LIV, as many golfers are jumping ship. As Norman is at the helm of LIV golf, we could see even more golfers switching tours.

It is worth noting that Evert and Norman married each other back in 2008 and their marriage lasted only a year. After that, Norman married Kirsten Kutner, which is still going strong.
