Retired tennis ace Caroline Wozniacki is spending her time raising her cute little daughter alongside her husband. The Danish star tied the knot with American basketball player David Lee in 2019. Following that, they welcomed Olivia in the June of 2021 and became a sweet family of three.

Having two athletes at home, it was natural for Olivia to take an interest in sports. However, the sport she favors seems to be neither Lee nor Wozniacki’s expertise.

Caroline Wozniacki shares an adorable clip

Although Olivia is just a year old, she seems to inherit her parent’s passion for the sports world. And the game that intrigued her recently is soccer. On Monday, Wozniacki shared a clip of Olivia kicking a ball under daddy’s supervision. She captioned it, “She watched Denmark win today, so she wanted to play too.”

In the video, the little one can be seen kicking the ball and chasing it around with the former world no.1 in the background cheering for her, saying, “Good job Olivia.”

Further, the couple is ready to add a new member to the family. Someone with whom Olivia can share her childhood. Wozniacki and Lee earlier this year broke the news of her being pregnant with a second child. Following this, fans flooded social media platforms. Also, her best friend, the 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams was over the moon and was among the first ones to congratulate her.

Wozniacki’s tennis career

The 31-year-old debuted in the year 2005. Thereafter, as a result of her steady performances, she attained the ranking of World no.1 and held the crown for a total of 71 weeks.

Further, she had 30 singles and 2 doubles titles under her name during her playing days, including the 2018 Australian Open. Wozniacki said goodbye to the sport in the year 2020. However, she played her farewell match this season because of the pandemic. In April, in the presence of her friends and family, she swung her racket for one last time.
