“Breath of Fresh Air”: Agent Recalls Olympia Resembling Serena Williams Right After Her Birth

Former World No.1 Serena Williams undeniably shares a special bond with her daughter, Olympia. The latter recently turned four in September and continues to have fun with her mother whenever possible.

Williams loves to post about the day-to-day activities of her daughter on her social media handles. It is as if she is her first and foremost priority.

Serena Williams’ agent recalls her first experience with Olympia

In a recent podcast, Serena’s long-time agent and friend, Jill Smoller, talked about Olympia. She remembered how she first saw the newborn baby right after her birth.

“Olympia is such a breath of fresh air. She’s like, it’s like, I remember, the first time I saw Olympia, when she was delivered because Serena literally went into her first surgery almost right away. I remember looking at her and I was like, holy smoke, it’s the baby Serena,” said Smoller.

Jill mentioned how surprised she was after seeing Olympia for the very first time, as the little one looked exactly like her mother.

Smoller reveals why Olympia looked exactly like Serena

In the same podcast, Smoller mentioned that after birth, Olympia had little guns and muscles just like Serena. She also highlighted that even Serena resembles her mother, Oracene Price.

“She had Serena’s arms, she had like these little guns, these little muscles. I am, like, ‘she came out like that.’

“I’m, like, ‘now I understand Serena’ ’cause when you look at Oracene, Serena’s sort of built like Oracene,” added the agent.

Serena Williams hasn’t played a professional match since the Wimbledon Championships 2021. Her return date is not certain right now, since she is still recovering from a hamstring injury. Will she be able to make an incredible comeback next year?
