But a few months ago, the former tennis legend returned to her broadcasting duties at the Miami Open 2023 for Tennis Channel. Since she was not present at either the Australian Open or the French Open this year, her admirers are eagerly anticipating her appearance as a commentator at a major event. She recently declared that she would be at Wimbledon when attempting to confront a fan about her attendance at the grass-court competition.

Last year, the 66-year-old tennis Legend could not attend Wimbledon because of health concerns that clouded her formal commitments. Because of this, she took a break for some time from her regular tennis role as a commentator. However, she has returned to her role as a tennis broadcaster, and her fans are eager to see her at the broadcaster’s box in Wimbledon.
A Twitter user shared a Washington Post article regarding the amazing friendship between the 59-time Grand Slam champion and Chris Evert. Seeing that post, the Czech-American tennis player shared a basic smile while sharing the post on her Twitter handle. Further, on the same post, a fan shared his enthusiasm for wanting to see the former world number one tennis legend back on the Wimbledon broadcast team.

The fan detailed that she had gotten tickets for the event on Tuesday, and her dream was to watch Navratilova there. Moreover, she expressed her regret for the former tennis star not being there the previous year. Responding to the her tweet, Navratilova confirmed her presence at the tournament.
