Few hours ago, when the Briton lost the World Championship title to Mex Verstappen at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the American expressed his reaction on Twitter.

While Serena is yet to react to this heart-breaking loss of her best-friend Lewis, Ohanian showed his disappointment with another tweet as he wrote, “ CONGRATULATIONS, SAFETY CAR #ABUDHABIGP”.

Recently, the 23-time Grand Slam champion expressed her happiness to share the Masterclass episode of her dear friend, Hamilton.Coincidentally, Serena’s venture capital firm “Serena Ventures” has a stake in the company that brings in personalities from different fields and mentor scores of people.
“When I was younger, I used to try to blend in. But once I learned how to embrace my differences, I’ve never wanted to be anyone else. On MasterClass, I’m going to teach you how to own your individuality and use it in pursuing your goals”, wrote the British driver few days ago.

Ahead of the race, Serena’s sister Venus Williams also wished the British racer on his Instagram post.
“Let’s absolutely go! With you Lewis!”, commented the seven-time grand slam champion.

Serena Williams pulls out of Australian Open next year

Coming to tennis, both Serena and Venus had to end their seasons early due to respective injuries. While Serena recently made an unfortunate announcement by pulling out of Australian Open next year as she still isn’t fully fit to play, Venus’s status regarding the Australian tennis summer is yet to revealed.
Earlier this year, Serena made it to the semi-finals at the ‘happy slam’ and it remained her best run of the season. In the final four, she lost to Naomi Osaka, who went on to clinch her fourth major title.

With Serena skipping Australia, it remains to be seen whether she will like to take part in any clay-court events next year before the French Open or choose to play Wimbledon directly.
