Canadian tennis player Bianca Andreescu has been a prominent figure in the women’s game. Sadly, she has been on the sidelines for the majority of the past three seasons due to injury. She did perform at the Grand Slams last season. However, the effects of the injury were reflected in her performance. She managed to reach the second week of a Major only at the US Open 2021, which was her best result in the Majors.

Bianca Andreescu has good news for fans
Currently, Bianca is excited as the book ‘Bibi’s Got Game’ will be released soon and she will be revealing quite a few details about her personal life. She speaks about her pet dog and how meditation keeps her focused.

Coming to tennis, Andreescu missed the Australian Open this year. She cited the reasons- form and mental health, for her absence. Even last year, she lost in the second round of the first Major of the season. Following that, she lost in the opening round at the French Open and the Wimbledon Championships.

Grabbed limelight in 2019
The 21-year-old player captured the attention of the world when she defeated 23-time Grand Slam winner Serena Williams at the US Open 2019. Sadly, post that amazing form, she had to deal with a knee injury. That has not allowed her to perform at the level she did during her Grand Slam triumph.
