Both Serena and Alexis have been sharing glimpses of their journey into parenthood on their respective social media accounts, posting updates about Serena’s pregnancy, along with adorable photos and videos of their daughter Olympia. This has helped create a sense of anticipation and excitement among their followers, who are eagerly awaiting the big gender reveal.
They also hosted a party with their close friends and family members including Venus Williams who was seen jumping in excitement as Serena was about to cut the cake to reveal the gender. But during the same, Alexis Ohanian decided to prank his wife Serena by getting a cake that was yellow in color on the inside instead of blue for the boy and pink for the girl.
In the YouTube video that was posted on Serena Williams’ channel, it can be seen that Alexis had planned this prank for her days ahead of the party. He had intentionally brought in a yellow cake to troll Serena and add a fun element to the party when everyone was at the peak of excitement to get to know the baby’s gender.
However, the fun part of the party did not end there. Instead of doing it with the traditional cake method, Alexis and Serena revealed the gender of the baby with something spectacular.

After the fun prank ended, everyone was really anxious to find out what the gender of their baby actually is. The couple adopted an innovative way to reveal the sex of their baby and it was with fireworks. They took the approach of having fireworks write down the gender reveal of the baby in the sky as everyone watched in anticipation.
Alexis and Serena watched the sky with their close ones as the fireworks first wrote, “It’s a..” and then seconds later, it said, “GIRL”. and finally, the world knew that it was time for Olympia to become a big sister to a new little baby girl.
