Fashion is something I’m really crazy about,” said Aryna Sabalenka. The Belarusian tennis player doesn’t just dominate on the court—she knows how to make a statement off it, too. Did you know that just days after clinching her U.S. Open trophy last year, she was seen at the NYC Fashion Week? The World No. 1 knows exactly how to manage her on-court and off-court passions. But what if these two passions meet? Well, her partnership with Nike proves just that! And her new photoshoot is a head-turner for sure!

The World No.1’s passion for fashion is taking center stage again. Sabalenka has teamed up with Nike for their latest ‘Swoosh Bra’ campaign, and the results are show-stopping. The 26-year-old tennis player joins a star-studded lineup that includes track and field star Sha’Carri Richardson and footballer Chloe Kelly in this campaign.

Nike and Aryna Sabalenka go way back. The Belarusian powerhouse has been a Nike athlete since the start of her professional career. But things stepped up a notch at the 2023 US Open when the brand started designing custom outfits for her. She may have finished as the runner-up to Coco Gauff that year, but she made waves with her fashionable ‘Barbiecore’ outfits.

Just recently, at the Australian Open, the 2-time winner of Melbourne Park sported custom Nike shoes featuring her signature tiger logo—a nod to her fierce playing style. Even off the court, Nike has kept her in the spotlight with some unforgettable campaigns.

In January 2025, Sabalenka featured in a solo Nike commercial, and it was as powerful as her game. The ad featured her in a lime green Nike tennis dress, unloading her powerful groundstrokes at a parked car. With each thunderous shot, the car crumpled under the force—mirroring the way Sabalenka dismantled her opponents. In the background was Nancy Sinatra’s haunting classic, Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down.) A perfect soundtrack for the kind of destruction she brings to the court. That 40-second commercial had a message that said, “The following is a test. Do not attempt to recreate the power of Aryna Sabalenka at home…Good luck returning that.

But that wasn’t the only time she featured in one of their video shoot.

Aryna Sabalenka gets a Super Bowl-worthy moment thanks to Nike

When the sportswear giant released its iconic ‘So Win’ brand anthem for the Super Bowl LIX, Aryna Sabalenka was front and center. The campaign celebrated 10 of Nike’s biggest female athletes.

The lineup included some of the biggest names in sports—gymnast Jordan Chiles, basketball stars Caitlin Clark, A’ja Wilson, Paige Bueckers, Sabrina Ionescu, and JuJu Watkins, soccer greats Alexia Putellas and Sophia Smith, and track sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson. The reigning World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka was the only tennis player to make the cut. The video also interestingly had the viral clip of the World No.1 smashing her racket after her devastating loss to Madison Keys at the Australian Open where she lost her chance to create a historic three-peat record.

Since then, Sabalenka’s on-court results have taken a dip. She suffered an unexpected second-round exit in Dubai, falling to Clara Tauson in a surprising upset.

The Belarusian tennis player’s struggles follow a tough loss at the Australian Open final, where she admitted that she didn’t feel “hungry” enough to chase the win. It’s a rare dry spell for the reigning World No.1, but she just needs her ‘just do it’ mindset back. Can she shake off the slump and channel her inner tiger?
