Know about Stearns’ parents and siblings

Peyton was born to Mike and Denise Stearns. Peyton also has a younger brother, Preston Stearns, who plays collegiate tennis at The Ohio State University.

Peyton’s career in tennis began simply because her mother disliked softball uniforms. Peyton used to frequently visit her neighbor’s home to play with whiffle balls as a child, where she became aware of her formidable arm.

The neighbor suggested that Peyton’s mother consider a softball career for her daughter, but Denise stated she didn’t like the outfits. The neighbour then said that because tennis had cute outfits, her daughter could give it a shot. Denise agreed, and Peyton began playing tennis.
