Badosa is dating Juan Betancourt, a model and actor. Betancourt was born in Cuba in 1990 and has featured in magazines like GQ Espana, Elle Man Vietnam, and GQ Brazil. Additionally, Carlos Alcaraz, Badosa’s compatriot, is also claimed to be good friends with Betancourt.

They never made an actual announcement of their relationship. Rather, Badosa released a number of images in September 2021 that clearly showed they were in a relationship. In a now deleted post, Badosa wrote the caption, “Happy bday to the one and only. Let’s keep growing together. Love you.”

During their time together, Betancourt was always on the go between modelling, acting, and keeping up with his tennis playing girlfriend. Looking at his Instagram account reveals that he was constantly exploring new places, occasionally alone but typically with Badosa.

Badosa and Betancourt’s breakup

Although their relationship online seemed to be perfect, rumors about them going splitsville were making rounds over the past few months. Betancourt’s absence in the Mutua Madrid Open was noted by the Spanish magazine ‘Hola!, sparking discussion of a potential separation.

As he travelled with Badosa, Betancourt didn’t mind giving Badosa’s tennis commitments priority. He didn’t want to sacrifice his schedule, though, to be with Badosa at the 2023 Mutua Madrid Open, which led to rumors that the couple had broken up.

Recently, Badosa confirmed her relationship with fellow tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas, confirming the rumors about her breakup with Bentancourt.
