There is no denying that Coco Gauff, 19, is a major admirer of the Marvel Universe. And as a fan of the comic book franchise, she keeps checking off childhood goals of meeting Marvel superheroes. After appearing in the Invincible Iron Man #7 variant comic alongside Marvel superhero Ironheart, Gauff has fulfilled another goal. The budding tennis player recently had the chance to meet the Wolverine actor in person at the Wimbledon Championships.

The exceptional talent of the American tennis player on the court continues to draw admiration from all over the world. And along with that, she’s now prepared to rule the multiverse with her incredible reaction to meeting the Wolverine.

For the world number 7, the early exit at Wimbledon came as a huge shock to her, as she went out in the very first round. After this hugely upsetting ending to the grass-court tournament, the 19-year-old enjoyed a moment of relief as a Marvel fan when she got to meet the actor who plays Wolverine, a Marvel character.

The American tennis sensation took to her Instagram account to share a picture with Hugh Jackman. Along with that picture, she wrote, “!!!ahhhh,” expressing her excitement to meet a Marvel superhero in person.

Jackson, aka the Wolverine as known in the multiverse, recently got a chance to attend the Wimbledon Championship. He also met some amazing tennis players while having a great time in London, including the Coco Gauff, Matteo Berrettini and Christopher Eubanks. After his visit, he shared a series of pictures on Instagram. He captioned the series of pictures, “Super Saturday at @wimbledon!!! Thank you @stansmithonline and your entire team for having us.”

However, this isn’t the first time Gauff has been a part of the Marvel family.

With this endeavor, Gauff shocked her admirers with her Marvel alter ego after becoming a dominant force in the world of professional tennis.
