She also received CPR on the way to the hospital, where it was made clear that she suffered a massive heart attack.

The cause of the same is being determined due to her kidney problem, according to a report from FTL Newz. Kimbell was regarded as one of the most successful and talented tennis players, given her incredible stats for the University of Georgia. Their head coach, Jeff Wallace, who often hailed her performances, was also shocked by the news.

Speaking about the late star, Wallace reminisced about her great ethics and personality as an athlete for their college. Lilly was known for her friendly and loving attitude toward her teammates and coaches. With a remarkable 197 victories in her bag, she was a striking figure during the NCAA tournament.
