Emma Raducanu dazzles fans with her all-black outfit
Raducanu received an MBE, which stands for Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, from King Charles III. However, it wasn’t the medal that caught people’s attention. It was her not-so-common outfit that turned heads. The 20-year-old donned a stunning black Dior outfit.
She went all black from head to toe for her meeting with the King. Her dress, designed with laces, clinched in at her waist and then flared into a skirt. Further, she accessorized the dress with a black patent leather cummerbund belt and paired it with black leather block heels and a boater hat. The total cost of her attire for the day was £10,000.
Coming to her hair and makeup. She kept her look clean and natural by using little to no eye makeup, some blush, and tying her hair into a simple ponytail. Raducanu is the first British female tennis professional to claim a Grand Slam trophy since Virginia Wade in 1977. Therefore, it can be said that she has earned the honor.
